The Stubblefield Band

While serving as a the Theatre Manager at the Wildey Theatre, Bedell arranged and oversaw the production of The Stubblefield Band. The Stubblefield Band consists of Matt Taul, Matt Van Voorhis, Bob Oettle, Joe Cox, and Damian Gilligan, formed in 1990 and enjoyed regional success in the St Louis area until the band broke up in 2000. During those ten years they released two albums, Eating Crow & Less Traveled, and have played with acts such as The Marshall Tucker Band, Little River Band, Johnny Johnson, and Georgia Satellites as well as regular performances at the now closed Mississippi Nights.

Devon Allman

The Turquoise tour came to Edwardsville, Illinois to the wonderful Wildey Theatre featuring Devon and his solo band in the comfort of a fantastic venue as he rolls through songs on the new critically acclaimed TURQUOISE album and songs from throughout his career with Honeytribe and Royal Southern Brotherhood. While at the Wildey Theatre, Scott Bedell served as the audio engineer.

Tom Rush

While serving as a the Theatre Manager at the Wildey Theatre, Bedell arranged and oversaw the production of Tom Rush, American guitar virtuoso. Tom Rush’s impact on the American music scene has been profound as was his performance at the Wildey Theatre. He helped shape the folk revival in the ’60s and the renaissance of the ’80s and ’90s, his music having left its stamp on generations of artists. James Taylor, Emmylou Harris, Tom Petty and Garth Brooks have cited Tom as major influences. His early recordings introduced the world to the work of Joni Mitchell, Jackson Browne and James Taylor. Subsequently, his Club 47 concerts brought attention to emerging artists such as Nanci Griffith and Shawn Colvin.

EHS Music Showcase

While serving as a the Theatre Manager at the Wildey Theatre, Bedell arranged and oversaw a local music showcase for Edwardsville High School. The Edwardsville High School Music Showcase was an acoustic concert to benefit the Wildey Theatre featuring 5 music groups from Edwardsville High School, including: Bel Canto Girls Choir, AcaFellaz Boys Choir, The Bluegrass Club, The Cello Club, and Bravo – The Jazz Choir.

California Guitar Trio

While serving as a the Theatre Manager at the Wildey Theatre, Bedell arranged and oversaw a presentation of the California Guitar Trio. California Guitar Trio (CGT) is a band of three guitar players founded in 1991. They continue to play in the New Standard Tuning. Their performances and recordings include original compositions, surf covers, and classical re-workings of classical music. Their influences include European classical music, rock, blues, jazz, world music, and surf music. California Guitar Trio emphasizes technical virtuosity and displays humor.

Golden Dragon Acrobats

While serving as a the Theatre Manager at the Wildey Theatre, Bedell arranged and oversaw a presentation of the Golden Dragon Acrobats.

Since 1985, not only have the Golden Dragon Acrobats toured North America continuously, they have also had copious resident shows featured in theme parks across the United States for many years. Furthermore, in 1990s, the Golden Dragon Acrobats received exceptional reviews from their European Tour 3 years consecutively.In 1998, due to the popular demand, the Golden Dragon Acrobats restructured itself and formed Asian Artists Production, Inc. or AAPI. In the next 10 years, AAPI continued to produce the Golden Dragon Acrobats and also created other shows for different markets. Some of these productions included the Amazing Chinese Acrobats, Circo Magnifico, Dream, Pagoda, Cirque D’or, and others.

Last Child: A Tribute to Aerosmith

While serving as a the Theatre Manager at the Wildey Theatre, Bedell arranged and oversaw a concert production of Last Child: A Tribute to Aerosmith.

Last Child is the most successful tribute to Aerosmith currently touring North America. The sweat, the attitude, the energy, the songs and raw power that make Aerosmith arguably the greatest American rock and roll band ever are channeled by every member of Last Child from the stage straight into your face and ears. Pure Prairie League

While serving as a the Theatre Manager at the Wildey Theatre, Bedell arranged and oversaw the third Pure Prairie League concert at the Wildey Theatre.

For over 40 years Pure Prairie League has been entertaining audiences around the world. Now is your chance to see these country-rock legends as they return to The Wildey Theatre on April 5, 2013, presented by Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce.

Paul Thorn with special guests Candy Coated Evil

While serving as a the Theatre Manager at the Wildey Theatre, Bedell assisted with a rental presentation of Paul Thorn with special guests Candy Coated Evil. This rental concert was presented with all internal Wildey Theatre Production Staff.

Houses of the Holy: A Tribute to Led Zeppelin

While serving as a the Theatre Manager at the Wildey Theatre, Bedell arranged and presented Houses of the Holy: A Tribute to Led Zeppelin live in concert.

Led Zeppelin is, to this day, one of music’s most influential rock bands ever. From 1968-1980 the legendary group of Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones, and John Bohnam created a blueprint for rock music. Houses of the Holy keeps the spirit of Zeppelin alive by performing songs spanning their entire career. Featuring the vocals of St. Louis favorite Farrell Webber, Houses of the Holy is one of the preeminent Led Zeppelin tribute bands.
